Before starting any work a risk assessment form is completed to confirm that the works will proceed in a safe manner.
Should you have any safety wire systems on any of your properties these will need to hold a current certificate before they can be used to access the gutters. We can arrange for any clients safety wire system to be tested by a reputable company at the same time as carrying out the gutter clean.
Any minor defects found during the course of the works will be rectified before we leave the site, where possible. After completion digital before and after photographs are provided together with reports on any major defects or areas of concern.
We will be happy to quote for any additional works you may request at the time of clearing out your gutters. Also, for your piece of mind, all of our work is guaranteed and covered with full public and employer's liability insurance.
