How do I know my gutters are really cleaned, I cannot clime up there and check?
All our gutter cleaning works are guaranteed. You can call us back and have them cleaned free of charge within the guarantee period if they get blocked. The guarantee is usually 12 months but for properties with trees nearby or mossy roofs is less.
Can you clean property which have 3 floors?
Yes, We can clean gutters on 3 or 4 floor properties. Depending on the hight and access we might need to source additional equipment.
My Gardner says he can clean my gutters for lesser price than you, why should I employ you?
We are fully insured for hight, public and employer liability but your Gardener probably is not, the law holds you responsible in the case of an incident. We will also do the works fast and efficiently but the job can be dragged on and require more of your attention if it is carried out by a non-professional.
How long will it take to clean my gutters?
This depends on how full your gutters are and the size of your gutters. We will be able to tell you once your property is assessed.
The price you are given at the time of the booking will not change if it takes longer than expected to clean your gutters.
Are you insured?
Yes. All members of our team are insured to work on heights. We also have both employer and public liability insurance.

I live in a terraced house, should I still have my gutters cleaned if my neighbours are not?
Yes. You should, to avoid overflowing of your part of the gutters onto your property due to blockage. We also will clean out all your downpipes which directly affect your Building.
Do I need to be in when you come to do the work on my property?
Yes, that would be ideal..
How can I pay for your services?
We do not take cash. Bookings can either be paid for by credit or debit cards at the time of the booking, or by cheque on the day we carry out the work.
